When I got to U-Haul, I drove it to a place I was staying and turned the vehicle off, and turn the key on to charge my cell phone for about 10 minutes. When I went to start the vehicle up, it would not start and the battery was dead. I know that batteries need water from time to time so I popped the caps off and the battery barely had any water in it. I added two bottles of distilled water in it and the nice man at the U-Haul place boosted me off and I was on my way. it did start every time from then on, but I was stranded for about two hours when I had a lot of things to do that morning first thing.
Tony RHe was late to open. I stood around until 9:30 before he showed up. He couldn't produce actual paperwork, he doesn't have a printer. Actually he doesn't even use an office. He conducts business in the parking lot. I wanted hard paperwork. What he sent to my phone I couldn't read.
