Did not help at all. The worst part was at the Lady Lake location where I originally went. It was the location I was told to go and the car dolly’s strap was ripped and probably would have never made it safely to Pa. He never told me and if I didn’t notice it I would have used it. Now after I had it on my car I had to take it off and drive to a different location which messed me up time wise for another appointment I had. Truthfully I feel I deserve a refund for the inconvenience and the fact that if I didn’t observe the torn strap a disaster could have occurred.

Stephan DI wish I could give zero stars!! The guy was rude, sarcastic, not helpful AT ALL, not willing to work with us even a little bit on anything. He said was going charge us $30 plus $4.50 a gallon for gas because “he said” were an 1/8 of a tank short. The roof leaked in our truck and ruined some of our pictures and other items, he said not my problem and U-Haul won’t do sh*t to help you either. Ended up calling corporate and they said he was way out of line!! I would never recommend this place!!!!
