This location is very well organized and maintained, as was the truck I was given. The manager was very helpful and was eventually able to give me the truck I had reserved for 8am. U-Haul's computer system however was down nationwide. I wasn't able to get my truck until almost 10am. That cost me the delivery job I had lined up and future jobs for being "unreliable". On top of all that, when I brought the truck back, I wasn't able to check out online and spent another hour on the phone with Customer Support. They did give me the reservation guarantee refund, but I feel as though they should give me a COMPLETE refund due to not only losing the job I rented the truck for in the first place, but also future work from that same client. U-HAUL basically got me fired, but a BILLION dollar company like them probably doesn't give a crap about a custom like me. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER U-HAUL. FIX YOUR WEBSITE ISSUES!

Mark AEquipment was not good or clean. Locations system charged me for more miles and more gas than I was supposed To. I would not rent at this location ever again and I will not recommend to anyone so they don’t be overcharged either.
