It would be better if the staff assisted in disconnecting the trailer. I had difficulty lifting the trailer by myself.

The app is very difficult to navigate I was trying to book a location and had to turn off location services isn order to lock in the location I wanted. I only needed a one way rental. Also there should be a go straight to booking rather than offering all the services I do not require.
