You crooks charged me for insurance and I never buy insurance as I have my own. I have text conversation recorded. It’s not in my original contract and never was. Your rep lied to me and said they would have it taken off but the local store. The local rep said they never added it and it was your problem. Your rep said it was the local GM’s problem. Crooks!

The truck was clean but the app malfunctioned when I was tried to select "I have the keys" option but nothing happened so I took a picture of the dash before I left. I took note of the mileage but I did not notice the fuel light was on. I stopped and put 4 gallons in it (since I was only driving 35 miles) but the fuel gage dropped even further. It felt a little chuggy and I was worried about running out of fuel. I called AC Storage and explained the situation and asking about the average fuel economy. The man was very rude, and insisted the tank was fuel when I took it 45 minutes earlier. He offered no solutions and said he "was not a mechanic". He said the trucks got 6 miles to the gallon so I stopped and put more fuel in it but the pump kept clicking off and eventually sprayed me with fuel. I'm guessing the fuel gage was broken and the tank was actually full. I tried to call and relay this information but no one answered.
