i didn’t downgrade them but we did have a problem. uhaul semt us to the wrong pickup place. the storage facility we were told to go to couldn’t accept 26 foot trucks so we had to go to this location, which was another 5 miles out of way. uhaul needs to fix your systems

Kurt NMy original drop off point was Kling Towing...they refused to take my trailer. In addition, the building they operate is a dump and should be condemned.
