I specifically told them that I did not want the safe move insurance but they applied it and I did not notice it until after the move was completed. Dishonest personnel who charge this regardless if the customer wants it or not.

ANDREW KAfter reporting the tire monitoring sensor advised some tires needed air, the representative stated that it had a faulty tire monitoring sensor. Would have been helpful if windshield was cleaned. Was able to get it adequately cleaned with windshield fluid & wipers. Otherwise, everything was fine for the short 4 hour rental period.
Deecee HThe place i picked it up from couldn't access the uhaul website so I checked in from my phone. Well I thought I did. Brought the truck back a few hours later and I was told I never checked the truck out and my card on file, which I dont even have anymore, didnt go through. The people had to call uhaul again for ne to check the truck back in. After I paid, I asked the guy if I was food to go. He said yes. I get hm and have a text from uhaul to asking to send a picture of the back if the truck before I left the lot. I had already left and was back hm when this text came thru. Over all it was a stressful experience.
