Took over 30 minutes to get the paperwork sorted. I explained what kind of tractor I would be hauling and was given a trailer the was too wide, therefore I couldn't even haul what I needed to the new location. Both the pick up and drop off locations were contacted, and neither would help as far as a credit or refund. Was told they would contact UHaul, however I haven't hears anything back.

Michael BOnly thing the box unit on back wore out every bump sound like the unit was falling apart. Just wore out rusted pretty bad but other then that perfect the l eople waited on me was great!! Very nice people to rent from.
