The people in Williamsburg U-Haul were exceptional as well.I would feel comfortable walking in there and asking for anything.they are just exceptionally good people and very accommodating!

Took over 30 minutes to get the paperwork sorted. I explained what kind of tractor I would be hauling and was given a trailer the was too wide, therefore I couldn't even haul what I needed to the new location. Both the pick up and drop off locations were contacted, and neither would help as far as a credit or refund. Was told they would contact UHaul, however I haven't hears anything back.
