SUSAN TThe online check-in process was very buggy. The vehicle number provided to me did not match any of the vehicles on the lot. When I called for support, the person did not know where the physical location of the "desk" was. I asked repeatedly whether it was inside the parking garage and was told no, then walked futilely around the block, only to be told that they would have to book me at a different location (at which point I hung up). The parking garage attendant doubles as the U-Haul attendant. Confusion could be easily remedied with a clear sign on the unmarked door or next to the elevator down to the parking garage. I wasted more than half an hour between the glitchy app and uninformed customer service.
JESSICA MThe location is quite hard to find. It’s not a normal store front but an office inside a parking garage. That should be made more clear to customers. Good service this and easy to to use.
Scott Swhen i dropped off the truck the person following me let me know the turn signal lights weren’t working in the back. that did not feel safe. also there should be some compensation for early returns. overall a good experience.
