I reserved a truck with moving blankets, a dolly, and the basic tools you need to move. Showed up — none of it was there. The location shrugged, U-Haul customer service had zero solutions, and I was left to move everything by hand. Completely unacceptable. I’m now sore and dealing with pain because U-Haul can’t fulfill the most basic part of a reservation. If you care about your time, your back, or actual customer service, go elsewhere.
Alexander OWe rented the exact same vehicle a few weeks ago and it was dirty then and weeks later it remained dirty, there is ZERO quality control at this location.

Charles PI needed and rented a had truck and the blankets and they were not available but I needed it and was not warned ahead of time. I would have selected another location. If the items selected are not available, it should be indicated before booking.
