Andriy BThe process for mobile check-in/pick-up was problematic and I had to call for assistance, which made the pick-up lengthy. The vehicle had a lot of damage to it. In particular, there was damage to the driver's door, which made it difficult to open and close. It also resulted in a lot of wind noise coming into the cab while driving on the highway.
