For customers, I would highly recommend taking a photo of the mileage and gas before you leave the location. I received a email showing the information for the truck we rented. The mileage was wrong but the gas information was correct. Also, don’t forget to take a photo of this when you return the truck. You definitely might need it to avoid being charged for miles you didn’t even use!

John ZI was billed for 2 gallons of fuel. I returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. I have photographs of the truck, including the fuel gauge, to verify this.
