I came to pick up the truck, and when I turned the truck on, the check engine light was on, i called Uhaul and they transfered me to the Buffalo office and I was told you can go to another location to pick up another car or you can drive it there and replace it, I was dropped of by Uber so I told her that and she told me thats what we can do. Anyway I drove the truck and replaced it and when I asked the gentleman in Depew to extend the time because it was 4:15pm when i picked the other car off he said no which made me have to call again and be transferred to the Buffalo office and they did it.

Unstaffed and seedy looking
Thomas BThere were no one present at the time we dropped off but the location had clear signs to make the drop off very easy.
Sarah PNobody present to assist and the mobile process was cumbersome. I would prefer an actual U-Haul location.
Rob JThe return process when there is no staff is very complicated. I would not go to an unstaffed location again. We called and the agent on the phone was not helpful and a little short with us.
