Didn't have my appliance dolly had to drive 18 miles to Ace true value in Norwich to pick one up very dissatisfied and I wasted 18 extra miles going to pick it up in 18 mi to drop it back off which I should be compensated for and I made a complaint about it but I've heard nothing from nobody so it really makes me wonder how U-Haul operates. It also makes me wonder why nobody checked the U-Haul back in I didn't know I had to check it in on an app but I want in and handed it to the clerk and he told me that they would check it in tomorrow and clearly that was a BS lie
