They have to re-enter my information again, even after I've placed online order and also did online check-in. I'm not sure if they get my info for their own purpose or it take 2 times to entere it into UHAUL system.
Valeriy SThe guys there were really rude when I went to drop off the truck and they also gave it to me very dirty the floors on the cabin were filled with chipped paint some screws and a whole lot of dirt so I swept it so that they didnt blame me and I didnt dirty all of my boxes on top of that they didnt have the furniture blankets yet still put it on my receipt and when I mentioned it they just dismissed me like what ever, it will never ever go to this location again.
HECTOR VYou changed my drop off location without telling me and charged me a terrible fee afterwards.
