Close location. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the truck did not have a ramp. I thought that all u-haul trucks had a ramp. I did not see anywhere that the truck didn’t have one. We didn’t find out until we were at the moving destination. Not sure about renting again if trucks no longer have ramps…
Daniel SNo one was there for pickup, the wrong key was in the lockbox, I lost an hour of my scheduled time just on the phone sorting it out. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.
