Nothing - this was our best U-Haul experience EVER! Molle and her team were extremely accommodating to our changing needs and was very helpful. If we need U-Haul again, will definitely come see Molle!

Not this location fault. Uhaul told me to drop trailer at any Fuquay-Varina NC location in paperwork and contract. I drove 8 miles to a Fuquay-Varina NC and was told his lot was full and he would not except my trailer. I ended up having to drive another 25 minutes away in different direction to be able to drop off my trailer which wasted another 50 minutes of my day and cost me another $15 in fuel for my vehicle. Not a very happy customer right now. This is uhauls screwup and they are to blame for telling me one thing in contract and then not allowing me to do that
William RI reserved at a location 2 miles from where I was using the truck. Uhaul moved reservation to almost 10 miles. I had to pay for additional mileage due to this move. It was Uhaul's change not the pick up locations. Uhaul should credit me the additional mileage due to their change in pick up location.

VALERIA SLow air pressure in all 4 tires on pick up. Fuel tank was only 1/2 full. Lady waiting on us was very friendly. No issues with truck. Truck averaged 9.5 MPG on a 900 mile trip. 20’ truck was plenty powerful but is not a full 20’. It’s around 17’ with around 3’ over the cab.
