There was some confusion by Uhaul as to my pick up location. My reservation was made for Action Event in Wilmington but on the pick up morning, the App suddenly showed the pick up to be Salisbury Maryland. Robert at Action Event quickly resolved the issue and had me on my way. He really went out of his way to help me which I appreciate.
