Apprise the customer that extra day rental is charged even though returned within the same hour of outgoing rental time. I was charged an extra day for returning the rental 15 mins past when I checked it out. No grace period? Seems wrong to me that rental would have to be returned earlier than checked out or exact time of checkout. This does not follow policy of car rentals and seems to be a rip off.

This location is right next door to a gas station. I carefully filled up the tank and replace the used gas. The fuel level up refuel registered perfectly against the paperwork when I picked it up. The gas station was on a flat surface. After drop off, I received a bill in email for additional gas in the truck. This is incorrect and this seems nitpicky. The truck at the U-Haul station was parked not on a flat surface. This, I believe, is the reason why the in accurate fuel gauge measurement. I have emailed U-Haul to get my $22 back for the additional gas. I expect a response on Monday. Thank you, Matt

I was using the after hours pick-up. I was at the correct location but was notified that I had to go to another place to pick up my truck.. I went there and there were no trucks there (only a trailer) I called the contact number I was given and left several messages. I returned to the first place because there were trucks there. I tried again to access the information and was again told I was in the wrong place. I called the contact number again and again leaving messages. At some point my son tried going online to the u-haul website (I had been using the application on my phone). We were then able to get information about how to find our truck. It was not parked where we were told. I checked every truck on the lot until I found one that matched and was given the code to access the key. Next I could not find the key. The video showed there would be a coded box by the the door. There was no box. Finally my son discovered that the lock on the back of the truck was coded with letters and we were able to open the back door of the truck and found the key. This was HORRENDOUS service and HORRENDOUS information.

When returning 10ft truck there was no where to park the truck, lot was full.
