JAMES H.I would not recommend this experience to a friend. I waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot (45 minutes from my reservation) because the app would not load for me to check in. I then had to drive 5 minutes away to even get the app to load. This location shouldn't allow customers to pick up vehicles if they are not open or don't have someone available. Please get your app figured out to make this experience better for others.
