They don’t let you extent rental( telling us we better get it back to them today. Maybe they needed it back to make money but it’s not uhauls policy. The gentleman was a lot nicer then the lady here. She’s a fool and treats others with no respect. I’d go anywhere before I go here again

When I booked the rental, it was from Pinnacle Storage. When I went to pick up the truck, it was not there and the app said I was at the wrong location. Only then did I see that the location had changed. Not a good experience.
JOHN SGreat guy. Great location. Helped me out despite not being open yet. Was going to do e-check in but he invited me to come in and checked my rental in the old fashioned way. Very friendly people. Have rented at they location in the past and will in the future.
Edwin JThey were closed on Sunday when I did the drop off - so there was no one there to be helpful! It was fine - plenty of room to navigate the parking area and space for the trailer.
