Location was a little tricky to get in and out of because so narrow. One way in and one way out with trucks also parked along the exit drive. Had to have a person trying to cut through back up so we could move forward. Directions received on line said to put lock in the key box. That was not the case...needed to keep the lock during use and put it back on the truck when finished. Only a key will fit in the key box. A dolly was requested and was not provided. This location does not have staff, so I had to do without.

STEPHANIE SThis was a convenient location and had 24/7 option for drop off. The site was cramped though with one way entrance and no where to park the 20 ft truck I was returning. I made due and parked where I could. The drop off box was easy to find and the had no issues.
Julia KThe truck was definitely clean inside and out, but the shocks/leaf springs were practically nonexistent and even going 10 mph over a tiny bump in the road caused you to bounce so high in your seat your head would touch the top of the cab… definitely needs mechanical repair.
