The young lady that checked me in was super pleasant to work with and was overly accommodating - even though I was late for my scheduled pickup. The young man that helped hook up the car hauler was professional and easy to work with.

DAVID OI turned that U-Haul in 2 & 1/2 hours after picking it up and you guys took an extra 134 out of my bank account I did not return it today 3/1/2026 at 8:54 am I returned it on February 28th, 2026 at 5:59pm please pull the camera footage !! I would like my money back , every last pretty penny !!
