Dropped off Tuesday around 1pm and it wasn’t checked in until 4pm on Wednesday. Workers were there when I dropped off. Unacceptable customer service.

Not very helpful. Didn't check the trailer in while I was there. Waited until the next day so it shows that I turned it in a day after I actually did. Had no idea if I was going to be charged for anything - didn't think I would and thankfully I wasn't. I rented a trailer a month ago and did the self return online - that was a better experience.

Rachele Sit was missing the furniture pads and dolly. it was pouring rain so it made our move incredibly inconvenient and difficult to protect our furniture/boxes. we would like a full refund for our trouble. no staff was present at 8am.
