employees here were excellent. Vehicle was extremely clean.
Mark SI ordered a dolly to make moving easier. The owner said U-Haul refused to give her the extra equipment. It caused moving to take twice as long and I am very disappointed. The owner was wonderful and very customer oriented. If it wasn’t for the lack of equipment I would give it 5 stars.
STACEY RWasn't able to rent the furniture dollies due to unavailability. I bought them at a local hardware store, but they were nearly sold out. Would have much rather rented them as I live in an apartment and storage is limited. I will say that both of the people who waited on us were exceptionally nice and helpful.
