Shortly into my trip the trailer got a flat tire and I had to wait on the side of the highway for over 3 hours with my children before someone from U-Haul would help me. Then when I returned it I was told they gave me the wrong trailer and I wouldn’t be charged the extra days and I was charged. I had 2 extra days because my trip was delayed because of the flat tire and the absurd amount of time I had to wait.
