The service at the location was excellent. What is bothersome is that the documentation for inspecting the equipment, etc. was not sent to me before pickup. It was texted to me during pickup, and I wasn’t able to check meassages until later when I discovered this. The documentation was sent at 9:50 am, when I was at site picking up the trailer, andn I didn’t discover the message until 6:00 pm. That’s pretty bad.
