The attendant loaded the trailer on hitch but when i returned i had to take off. It was heavy and took several attemps. Im 76.

ELAINE KVery efficient drop off. Appreciate the quick turn around. Also, the gentleman at the regional scheduling location who FINALLY set up the correct drop off location was wonderful. He was in NC, knew the location that was 7 min from my new place and fixed the incorrect state quickly. Appreciate his level of efficiency and customer service. Everyone else (4 people) I spoke with in scheduling needs a map of the US and geography class.

John TThe staff member that helped us was extremely unprofessional. He was not around the office when we arrived and we had to go looking for him on the property after waiting for about 15 minutes. Weird and odd jokes. Not sure if he was joking or not. He took a phone call on a headset while helping us that turned extremely awkward not knowing that he was messing with a spam caller. And then questioned us about why we seemed unhappy. Will not be using this location again.
