I rented a 6x12, the 2 tires on the L side were dangerously low, one was at 8 psi and the other was at 15. The weight of the hitch and trying to lift is to heavy for one person to lift. It requires a jack just to unhitch or to hitch. There should be a wheel jack attached to the tongue.

I dropped a 6'x12' trailer at this location and no one was available to help. The tongue weight is very heavy and I'm 70 years old. It would have been nice for the trailer to have a landing gear.
The truck was said to have a 1/4 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. When I got in the truck it was almost empty. I went back in and told the lady, and she told me she would fix the paperwork. When I returned it and she checked it she told me there would be no reimbursement for me putting gas in it and bringing it back filled more than I had received it. I do not feel like that was right considering I received it on an almost empty tank of gas.

Vehicle hauler hauled my 2005 chevy suburban but my 02 chevy silverado z71 which looks like the smaller of the 2 was a good 6 in longer that the burb.... learn something new every day lady at the desk was helpful car trailer did its job with a little rigging... 2002 chevy z71 less than 9000 miles make offer bought new a couple years ago email firstname.lastname@example.org
This uhaul experience was very frustrating. We were assigned a location that was closed until 10a (which I rcvd 2 txts sayin rental was due bk by 10a). I tried to log in the drop off through my mobile device and kept gtn an error sayin nt able to confirm your location. I called 1800gouhaul for assistance and she was able to see our location bt agn nt able to assist. We waited and missed more work hours for the location to open to assist. We will not be returning to another uhaul location.

I don't want to evaluate the Securcare Self Storage facility and staff they are good. The guy that has helped me twice is excellent. The uhaul phone reservation process has screwed my trailer pickup up twice. So I rate them a three out of ten!! The fourth person I was transferred to finally solved my problem - 50 later!!
Easy to drop off, but "Just leave it parked over there, we'll check it in on Monday" when I dropped it off Saturday night at 4:45 was odd. Stark contrast to the pickup where he helped set it up and everything.
Truck was ready on time, and the attendant was cordial and helpful.
Make sure the right equipment is there. Time is valuable have more than one Customer Service there to speed up the checkout process.

The lady who helped me during the pick up was very efficient and pleasant. She showed me how to manage the long text chain, about which I was puzzled. I would recommend this site to anyone using at U-Haul.

Local service great. U-Haul corporate or Raleigh office rude. If I thought it would help, I would discuss with U-Haul CEO and ask that he listen to the recorded calls. Not worth my time to pursue, but glad to speak with CEO. Local offices great and truck was great.
