Tail light on Car Dolly was not working. The guy said it must be a fuse in our vehicle, but it was not. We purchased a new fuse had it installed and the light still did not work. I believe that the equipment should be fully tested before a customer takes possession of the equipment. We spent an extra eight dollars for nothing.
