This U-Haul location is a train wreck. First off, the employee who I talked to looked at my license (normal of course) and forgot to give it back to me. Because of this I had to waste extra time and gas driving back to grab it. They are also trying to charge me twice, which I believe is because the employee never handed me a contract after I paid. I paid my full amount, and got an email after returning it that I have an outstanding balance which now includes a $30 late fee on top of what I "owed". What the hell U-Haul? Fire this dude and hire an employee with a brain. Negative stars if possible.
