because a lease with USPS got renewed and the reservation system didn't catch it, I was not able to get the van I had reserved, but instead got a truck which had no backup camera and had a trailer hitch instead of a ramp which was a pain in the butt. it was just an annoyance now, but for later segments of my move., I MUST have a ban and I am planning to rent elsewhere in order to avoid this happening again.
