JACIE BI wasn't able to take photos of the truck. I had to park it somewhere else, then take the photos because the truck was parked tightly between other U-Haul trucks. We are not supposed to move the truck until we have taken photos of it but there was no one around who could move it for me. There were no issues with renting the truck. That part of it was smooth but the location is not a U-Haul a traditional store. The U-Haul spot is inside of a gas station. I was totally confused when I walked in. Lol!
