The truck had virtually no gas when I first got in it. Dash said 8 miles to go. I told the clerk thinking they would fill it up before I took it, but he just said to bring it back with the same amount of gas..... I think it should be on the rental location to at least make sure there is a 1/4 tank before a customer arrives to pickup their reserved truck. Otherwise everything was good and I would rent again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe service was not good. The attendant didn’t know how to work the computer system. I wanted to change payment methods and she didn’t know how to complete the task in efforts for me to do so. After waiting sometime, she said the system wasn’t allowing her to do it. She did not provide me with a clean truck. She also didn’t have the requested dolly on the truck and could not produce one upon arrival.
Ja'Detrus HYou don’t have the requested blankets that I needed for my move. I got 4 and requested two dozen.
Michael TOnly complaint was that the app said they didn’t open until 9am and I had reserved pickup at 8:30am. Fortunately the app was wrong and they were open.
