After hours drop-off. Did not interact with personnel. Signage was helpful for knowing where/how to leave the vehicle.

I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone for anything. The customer service when renting the vehicle and trailer were the worst ever experienced - one truck from one location and the other from another, trailers from another, and the original reservation from even another. When calling to talk to someone it was next to impossible to get an actual person. *The check engine light came on shortly after starting out 1600+ mile trip as did other "idiot" lights. The truck was bouncing so badly it was like U-Haul had never heard of shocks. Really, I could go on but, I think you get the picture. It was overall a terrible experience.

JOSEPH SThe truck drop-off at this location is far from ideal, especially with a 26' truck. This is not a good location for 24/7 drop-off.
ROBERT AThe U-Haul check in app SUCKS. Because I could NOT get my truck when I specified because the app would not let me check in I had to wait till the office opened. This put my schedule behind. Office people were great to work with. App not so much.
