Advise customers of the dolly/hand truck and blankets inside of the truck. I wasn’t planning to use and it took up a lot of space, making packing significantly more difficult than it should have been.

I booked my reservation for a storage unit and a truck on the same day over six weeks in advance. My truck reservation was moved twice, I had to visit the storage unit twice in one day to be moved, which made me late to pick up the truck the gentleman in the office was a complete imbecile and was rude about the fact that I was late because I was stuck at the U-Haul place. I would absolutely avoid ever using this location again, moving is stressful enough, avoid using this location.
