When I dropped off the vehicle I explained to the gentlemen my situation when I checked out the vehicle. He was so apologetic and I told him it wasn't his fault, but I wanted him to know so that I didn't get charged for the dirtiness of the vehicle (however, I did sweep the cargo bed and cleaned the windows and some of the interior trash that was there and left it much better than how I received it). He said that he represents Uhaul and on behalf of the company he was sorry for my experience. I showed him where a candle had melted on the dash and that I had pictures of it at my check in so that I would not be charged. He said he would take care of it and that he will take the time to clean up the vehicle. He completed my check-in, was very professional and extremely friendly. This dealer (??) truly represents Uhaul the way you would want them to. I am very appreciative of him listening to the situation and handling the matter the way he did.
