A huge shout-out to the team at the U-Haul location on Airport Auto Wash. The staff made the pickup process easy. They were professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all questions. They even helped double-check the equipment before leaving. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
Leah HFill up the truck with gas so that the customer doesn’t overpay for gas. How would the average person know how much gas a truck would use and if we brought it back with a quarter of a tank more no adjustment was given just a snarky thank you 🤔
