RUI LThe no confirmed supplies were not available and was sent to another location (spending the truck gas and mileage). I had to wait for a while at this second location until I received a response. My whole moving process was delayed for about 1h40min due administration (lack of) coordination in uhaul.
Narayana SThere was no drop off box, no contact info, and instructions on to where to leave the keys. This cause extensive delay in our drop off. There should be some kind of info on what to do when there is no drop off box.
