This experience was an absolute nightmare. This huron church locations isn't qhere we booked to pick up. But the ok mart on Malden was horrible. The truck was returned late and the business owner wasnout going to clean or inspect the truck before giving it to us. So we had to borrow a vehicle and drive accross town to this location. The truck was dirty. We returned it cleaner than how we got it. The wipers did not work which was extremely dangerous. The alignment was very off which again is dangerous. The dash light for shifting into park did not always light up which is dangerous and we had to hope the truck was in park. The cupholders were broken. There was an appliance dolly in the back that we did not want or need but we had to figure out how to strap it in with our stuff and bring it anyway which was a huge inconvenience. This truck was wxtremely dangerous to drive and I take safety very seriously. I am disgusted by the state of the truck and the service of this company. Thankfully we arrived at our destination ok but this was a 4 day road trip accross ontario. Every single second was filled with stress due to the lack of maintenance by this company. I think I should get at least a partial refund due to the unsafe condition of the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe representative at the gas station doesn’t know anything I spent an hour with him to figure out that the payment was made or not. He did not wven know how to pull up the notes from other locations. He transferred the communication over the phone to someone who pretends he is a manager and this manager told me he doesnpt work on Saturdays so he cannot help me with my refund. Very rude behaviour observed during the communication at this location.
