Various things about this rental were inconvenient: -The location was not the one I had selected but UHaul changed my order last minute. -UHaul indicated I needed to call the new location to confirm availability of the equipment, but when I called the person that I spoke to was extremely confused, but why U-Haul had directed me to call them. -The new location, which was not the one of my choice, was closed on Sundays, so I had to use the app to unlock the vehicle. -the app process to unlock the U-Haul was incredibly slow as far as the verification portion, and for the portion where I was supposed to take pictures and inspect the equipment, the app was altogether not working. It would not save any of the photos that I took, and I was not able to skip that portion of the app, even though it’s possible for someone to just take their own photos on their own device.
