How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was “No human presence” at the drop off location to inspect and receive the equipment… I had previously called the company while on route to confirm the drop off . A staff member present for receiving the equipment was requested. I took time stamp photos of delivery return time and non damaged equipment condition on site. I then called the company to confirm drop off. The customer service representative on the phone did my drop off report for a successful return. Thanks again, U-Haul!
