Charges do not allign with receipt. Extra charge has no explanation and no receipt. This is suspicious and fraudulent. Attendant simply said I should call customer service.

Service was slow despite making online reservations. I Was also forced to provide additional phone number despite living alone and doing the move myself, I was told it could be friend or someone I know which just rubs me the wrong way. Why must I give you a friends phone number? It was infuriating because I had already provided: credit card, home address, email address, cell phone and photo ID. Seems quite ridiculous and turned me off Uhaul. I just purchased my first house and the mortgage required less personal information than renting a van for a few hours.
Christopher S.They arrived 20 minutes late, and after drop off tried to charge me 60$ for fuel and lied about the fuel gauge. Luckily i had pictures and proved them wrong. Will never go to this location or ever recommend this spot to anyone i know and will actively try to get people to go someplace else.
nicholas S.Pet hair all over the seats, and Dirt and other rag items left in cab. A little dirty in cargo area. Low gas amount ,1/4 tank to start.
