The only thing that i can think of is in the type of trailer (5 x 8) there is no place to tie a binder to secure the load. Sinse it is a roolup door if there is something move inside we have hard time to open the door . Biside this everything was perfect

The 1st truck assigned to me was not cleaned up yet. When I went in to let the young man know he was able to quickly set me up with another truck and apologized. Very professional. Great experience.

When told the customer made a reservation over the phone, ask if there was a quote given or any kind of deal done over the phone before processing a new plan when you can't find their reservation in the computer. Or try to find the person they spoke with, I was charged almost double the amount quoted. (It was rectified when I noticed and I was given a better deal, so very satisfied over all)

Nothing, the drop off was very quick and painless. It was the best part of the experience.

Service was great but it was pouring rain out and the roof of the truck was leaking. My box springs and mattresses are soaked.

I rented a 17’ truck online for 24 hrs and got 2 calls to confirm this appointment. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, I waited for along time to get the key. When I got to the desk, I was told they no longer have 17’ trucks and that my rental was only until 11am, not 5pm like I requested. There was a loose dolly in the truck that was flying around so I had to make sure to contact uhaul because I didn’t want to get charged for it since I wasn’t using it

We were very impressed with the location, and the gentleman who waited on us was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The equipment was in great condition and overall we've been very happy with all of our interactions with Uhaul.

Everything was excellent, it was very busy, but the girl who served me did her best to get me going quickly and was also there when I returned and everything went better than I would have expected.

keep telling you staff ' they did good ' and perhaps consider some sort of monetary bonus for them

Make your vehicles non smoking. The pick up I rented today smelled badly of cigarettes. Made me sick.

Not much, it was pretty good. Staff were keeping up very well with extremely high demand. Trucks always seem on the verge of falling apart.

The truck sounded horrible! I was scared to drive it.

(Not directed at U-Haul mountain road) U-Haul truck I rented was a 15 foot 2008 ford f450 was over the inspection date by 4 months . Had no hand brake or pad lock , was short on fuel. Transmission let go half way into my trip. Stayed 2 days in a hotel in the middle of no where far from any store or restaurant with no vehicle while my wife and children were across the province in an empty apartment because I had all our living necessities in the U-Haul. 8 hour trip turned into a 74 hour ordeal with no refund or compensation anywhere to be heard of. Trip estimated cost was around 1000CAD with fuel turned into 2000CAD real fast with unexpected hotel and food delivery costs. Even worst is getting a call from Sherbrooke U-Haul (298 rue Queen-auto parts garage) at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday June 29th rushing me to return the vehicle saying I was already 1 day passed my reservation and that people were waiting for their truck, although I had not mentioned a return address or time , they insisted that I was overdue and that charges would apply to my account. No one is to blame for this , this is an accident and stuff happens sometimes is out of our control, but it seems to me like I'm the only one having to deal with the lost time and extra fees. I do not own U-Haul or have any part of the company I am just a client who had intentions that were not met. Frustrated with my trip and exhausted from all the delays and rearranging, I give this service a good old 1 star. And I will be sharing my experience with family friends and social media. Thanks to the people I talked to on the phone who were mostly helpful and friendly (USA roadside assistance, Moncton U-Haul mountain road) this was the only good part of my experience.
