Tried to give me a truck where the driver side door does not open from the outside. They claim the door mechanism was broken and you could only enter through the passenger side. You could exit the vehicle on the driver side but will not be able to open the door once closed. I told them this is a safety issue and they persisted that it wasn’t because you could still get in through the passenger side. I told them that if there was an emergency where EMS had to rescue me from the car, they would not have good access to me. After much discussion they gave me a different truck. Pretty unhappy that they tried to take advantage of me. I do not think I will be giving my business to UHaul anymore.

DMITRII IStaff were friendly and polite. Truck and all others on the lot were filthy inside and out. We even had empty pop cans from previous user rolling around inside. Have used UHaul numerous times before but trucks were never like this.
