The truck was not cleared of snow when I picked it up It was also parked on top of an old broken fence There was also garbage (chair and litter) underneath the truck at pickup.

CODY BThe people working there are great. They are very helpful. The truck had several warning indicators, but worked well. Picking up and dropping off was easy and convenient. It would be nice to get an electronic receipt as an email attachment instead of going on line to a website. The way the receipt is displayed is not accessible to assistive screen reading software.
