JASON MTrailer was full of sand and small broken pieces of wood. Tie down rings were buried in sand in the trailer. Only one person working at the counter and there was a line up of people to pick up uhaul trucks and trailers and the guy at the counter wasn't just focused on the person he was helping. Kept going back and forth to different customers. Need more staff in the mornings when multiple people are picking up their uhaul rentals.
Matt SI bring back to the same fuel level, I only drove 19 miles and they charge me for more 14 l petrol, I already put 7 liter in it, so this is the kind of service we as a customer getting by uhaul at pembina, overcharging me 22 dollar for fuel even I take and bring to same level, I also called the facility they hang up on me
