The online system doesn't work very well, and is not intuitive. I had issues with it and went inside to ask for help and the attendant wasn't helpful at all. He was in fact quite rude. I also don't appreciate all of the hidden fees. I filled up the tank before returning the vehicle and you still charged me for gas. I am not at all happy with U-Haul and will never use your services again in the future.

Nan ERude staff, told me to go park it in the lot myself. I did. went back in, he told me to just leave my key, no inspection to ok it, just said leave the key, I'll check it in later. I brought it back a day early, and 3 hours later I was charged a cleaning fee.
