The robi call that I received was very hard to understand. They were wanting my credit card information even though they had it in the system. They called me after the time that I was suppose to pick up my truck and would not listen to the information I was trying to provide them.

For the online customers that self check a rental, make sure their provided the gate code & the door is unlocked to their rental vehicle with the key left where the online directions said it would be.

Person behind the counter was offensive she kursted I don't know how many times while trying to get the computer to work she was very short she didn't know what she was doing. She is not a people person and does not need to be working there

After dropping off the truck Saturday, a day early, I received a call the following Monday asking when was I going to return the truck. I informed her I returned it Saturday and a lady came outside and checked it in. She said we don't have it. I told her I returned it to a place in Winston-Salem. Then I was told it was our truck and had to be returned back to us. I explained my contract stated it could be returned to any location. She the said she would speak to her manager. The manager called saying the same thing. She also informed me if not returned to their location, I would be charged more. By that time I remembered I picked up the Uhaul in Smithfield and told the manager so. I also explained to her how we picked up the truck in Smithfield not WS and a lady checked it in. She then apologized saying that person was new.
