everything went great..Easy to use
Be upfront with the pricing. No one should be surprised when returning the vehicle and being slapped with an invoice 50% higher than anticipated. 1.) I replaced the gas used as indicated on the guidelines yet was charged over $10 for being off by 1/16th of a gallon. 2.) Because this facility did not have the van I wanted they provided me with a truck at the same rate YET did not tell me I was being charged mileage at the higher truck rate. 3.) I was quoted a mileage on the website YET when I got the invoice I was told I was being charged a higher weekend rate. 4.) Was charged $7/day for use of the forklift. Was never told I would be charged for its use. (I am glad I didn't use the other moving equipment in the truck or I would have been charged an exorbitant amount for that as well). So, long story short, had U-Haul been completely honest and upfront with their pricing policy and use of equipment, I could have made a more informed decision and not felt taken advantage of. I do hope this is not a U-Haul business policy but rather something with this local office.

We were told that a uhaul service technician brought the rental to that location. We left after taking a video and didn't realize That the ratchet on the driver side was broken until we got to our destination to pick up our car. We contacted the rental place and they told us to send them the video we took. They then told us that it was a U-Haul service technician that brought the car hauler and dropped it off at their location. They said they're would be no charge to us since it was not our fault I would say their communication back to us was great. I will definitely use you all again in the future as a U-Haul's in general have been great equipment. I understand that things will slip by once in a while and I guess I was just a victim of that.I will definitely make sure that I look at stuff better in the future to ensure that I can identify any issues before I leave the rental facility.
I was told I could check the truck out online so I drive to dealer after hours followed web directions it would not allow back in so I wasted 2hours no truck the next morning went back finally was able to get truck when I returned the truck tried to do it online it would not allow me to i called. 800 was put on hold forever then transferred at least 3 times before I was able to check truck in that was well over a hour this whole process cost me time and money
Dropped off early and they where on the spot. In and out in 5 minutes. They did remote check out...so fast.

Clean and dirt are ambiguous terms. My vehicle was mildly dirty because of weekend storms so I had to say it was dirty but just mildly. I really liked convenience of picking up and returning after hours.
The location was clean and well maintained, however the experience (due to uhaul website issues caused us to be late and therefore not have enough to refuel when we returned).

This is my first truck rental in a long time. I was drawn to this location because of its location and the ease of meeting with the employees. All issues at Pickup we're exactly as quoted. I would give them six Stars.
I was pleased
For two years in a row I have reserved a trailer at a location near my home. Each year I Have been told the trailer I reserved was not available at the location near my home. Even though I have had to drive only five miles past the local location to get to the next one, I question why do the reservation. The service and personnel at The Storage Hub were excellent. The trailer was great.
Excellent customer service, equipment is like new. My only complaint is inaccurate billing. I was charged for two days, two dollys, and two sets of moving blankets when I should only have been charged for one of each. Took me 5 weeks, a lot of phone calls, and a lot of persistence to correct my billing and finally get my credit.
I would have appreciated more instruction prior to pick up regarding how the 24/7 self pick up works (eg, estimated time, steps), but I was definitely able to figure it out easily!

The manager was very helpful! We hadn't noticed a dent in the front bumper and were afraid that we were going to get charged for it, even though we had insurance. He worked with us and gave suggestions for how to avoid a similar situation in the future. Very friendly and helpful!
