There was no clear instruction on where to park. I had to make my own parking space. There was no personnel on site, which is fine, but the instructions were not clear enough on where to park other than not blocking th entrance. There were already two Uhauls and several cars parked in the parking lot, leaving no room for another U-Haul truck. This was not my location choice when I reserved the vehicle. If U-Haul wants to recommend a location, that would work, but to completely change my location without my consent is not okay. When I asked the lady on the phone at the pick-up location about giving me the location I originally chose, she said she could not. This was overall a terrible experience.

Jerry RI had reserved two Hendricks which were not available at pick up. This made moving very difficult. I would’ve rented from another company if I had known that hand trucks would not be available.
