The location was a local convenience store. I had to hook the trailer up by my self because they only had one employee. It would be nice if they had one more person to assist in helping.

JENNIFER BThe van I originally made reservation for had a check engine light turn on once I pulled out and went above 30 mph. Also had low tire pressure on back tire. So my only option was to switch to a box truck which I wasn't super comfortable with (hence why I made the reservation for a van). Not a great experience.
