The uhaul had broken glass all over the inside of the cab of the truck then the employee told me it was ok to drop off the truck in another spot but uhaul decided to charge me $334 even tho I called and they said it was ok unjustified charges
Justin YHad called ahead but was told he didn't do the uhaul and the guy wasn't there to call back later.luke he didn't even care.. We drove 45 miles and were met with people who had no clue and couldn't user a computer then have been overcharged stay away from winters tecas.

Because of this horrible experience and still having to wait on refund of $445. I need to pay bills I will NEVER use uhaul again. You guys have lost mine and my families business
