Again the location seemed understaffed for a weekend. Went into office to drop off keys and there were about 4-5 groups in front of me and no one in the office. Although when the employee came by, my self and 1 other customer were able to just leave our keys with the employee and not wait in line

Work on the staff customer service skills. I waited between 3 to 5 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. I could tell everyone was busy, though a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have been appreciated.

Please invest in trucks that have side doors that open all the way out. The Fords are great but the GMCs are not! They also don't have side mirrors that can be adjusted electronically so I have to get out of my seat multiple times to get the passenger mirror adjusted. This shouldn't be necessary with today's tech.

It took forever to do the paperwork, and the manager charged my credit card after I left for a deposit without telling me or providing any receipt, which is illegal.

I prepaid for rental, Cost ended up to be less than charged, Contacted UHAUL regarding reimbursement. 2 DAYS, NO CALL BACK, NO REFUND! So now they will be wasting time I dont bave to address in person and get return of overpayment. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Get rid of rude employee that obviously don’t give a shit about anyone !!! They represent your company and it’s your responsibility to make sure their representing your customers (including myself) like u would!! I am beside myself rt now and as much as I want to just pay this and have u go away I’m refuse until I talk with s Regional manager or above can’t even believe what I read on the receipt from what I believe is the manager?? How there’s no reimbursement on insurance or trailer. 1st thing is I never even talked to her. I talked to a kid that was young and that why I figured I would just call!! 2nd they asked me to have it back by 7pm when I had to still pay until 9am the next morning. And I got it back by 630-645pm. So no way did she loose any rentals like she stated in receipt! And I had to pay for rental not like it was free for next 24hrs. And to top it all off I asked the lady on the phone when I held trailer if they would hold any $ on credit card and she said NO.but when I got to site to pick up trailer they said yes we just put a hold on it which is what I thought and with that being said I gave them my debit Card because I my wife told me she had maxed out her card which was the 1st credit card that I gave them, so I’ll let u guess which’ credit card they billed this morning that rite!! They billed my wife’s card for $90 something dollars and than tried again for the difference of the balance!!! I’m waiting to see if she gets a fee for them trying to charge the second time!!! I’m going to leave this here before I get even madder about this matter

This is the 4th time we have used this location for a truck pickup. The staff is very helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The trucks we have rented were very clean and maintained. I highly recommend this u-haul location.

I leaved in Belmont(02478) and I reserved online to received at Waltham closed location. But next day they canceled and forced me to pick at this location which is very far. I have to drive 15 miles to just get there. So it came very expensive because I have to pay around 30 miles just get and return. That’s bad. Rest is good.

1. Truck was reserved in Lowell, was changed the night before by U-haul to a location 20 minutes further away. Once I arrived at that location, my reserved truck was not there. I was sent to another u-haul location 10 minutes further away where there was finally a truck waiting for me, 2 hours after my initial reservation time. 2. I was not informed by anyone at the pickup location that the furniture pads were rentals and had to be returned with the truck , so I had left them at my house when dropping the truck off. I had to make another trip to pick up the pads and return them to the drop off location, wasting even more time. 3. Thankfully U-Haul did provide 100 extra miles to augment the extra distance that I needed to travel due to the change on location. 4. I was ignored at drop off location for 20 minutes before being informed that the furniture pads were rented and I needed to pick them up from my house. 4. Overall bad experience. I am never using U-Haul again.

I spent hours and hours on hold trying to get a hold of a representative when my reservation was made incorrectly on their end, I was transferred numerous times, overall I have wasted over five hours on hold with you guys just to make sure my reservation was correct. Save your time and go to literally ANY OTHER UHaul branch.
