Our original reservation was very nearby to us, so having to drive 30+min to get our reserved truck was inconvenient. We hit awful traffic & we lost a lot of time we really needed to move our belongings, not to mention the extra gas it took. HOWEVER, UHaul gave us an extra day at no charge & that gave us the opportunity to do even more that we otherwise could have. It worked in our favor & we were extremely grateful!
