Make sure what the representative say is what will happen . Was mislead and overcharged. When I requested a refund I was told it was nothing the could do. This was the first time renting from the location after using U-Haul for years. I won’t be going back

The truck and dolly were in different locations. The trucks steering was out of alignment. The truck had electrical issues with displays and signals.

JOYCE MThe Uhaul was clean, however was in need to some mechanical work. It needed a front end alignments, oil change, the passenger side mirror needed tightening. The Uhaul had cone from a different location,a ways away. Customers need to feel safe when they pick up Uhaul's. Having the proper maintenance goes a long way in securing that feeling.
