First of all, there was no one at the location, the office was closed, there was a phone number on the office door for immediate assistance, I called the number many times, not one answered! When I arrived to the location I used the app for picking up the truck, after the verification was done it showed me a number for the truck, I was not able to locate the truck because the truck was not even there!!!! After many attempts to call the provided number I called corporate number and asked for assistance. The lady was very helpful and helped me locate the truck about half a mile further in a different location. So I had to walk half a mile because it's impossible to find a parking spot at the other location. The fact that the truck was at another location and it wasn't coordinated with me ahead of time, also, the location doesn't answer phone calls was very inconvenient. I don't recommend this location! as there is no customer service at all!!!! I had to walk a mile in freezing weather!!
