No one at location. No one answered phone. Had to dial national number - got transferred 3 times and did the internet return with that person on the phone. The phone person was awesome - but having no one there and relying on me having internet savvy to do the return - at a physical return location is rude. Wasted an hour of my time because the location didn’t have the courtesy to tell me they wouldn’t be there on a preselected return date. They could have just called me and warned me or told me when to show up. Absolutely rude. Will never agree to rent or return to that location ever. National Phone person - A plus. She was AWESOME.
