The truck was extremely dirty. So dirty I think I need a tetanus shot. In addition, I returned the truck with a full tank of gas and they charged me for two gallons which I will be disputing. The week before the same location gave me a truck and overstated the gas tank by 1/8 of a tank which I immediately went back in and advised them of their error. I returned it with 1/4 of a tank. Again another dirty truck.

Joan GThe attendent was on his cell phone the entire time and would not help us hook up the trailer. The trailer had a flat tire and I had to argue with the attendant to get the other trailer on the lot. He still would not help me turn the trailer around so it could be hitched. I had to hook the safety cable to my truck and drag it around so it could be hitched. I got no assistance at all from them. When I returned the trailer the attendant stayed on his cell phone the entire time and refused to help me unhitch the trailer. This was the worst Uhaul dealer I have ever used and I will never use this location again.
