I was told by the employee because of the complaints of the rental equipment. His boss would check it in the following day which would be Monday morning. I then continued to get texts from U-Haul saying that there was a family in need of the truck. If I could please return it. I spent most of yesterday trying to figure out what was going on after a stressful move due to the U-Haul. It was returned on Sunday the 20th at approximately 4:50 p.m.
Stephanie PIt was a Saturday return and there was no one there to leave the receipt and trailer with??? It was stressful to just drop it off. I know times are tough, but if you are running a business, you should be there to run that business!!
Patricia GIt is difficult to contact the staff on site. No one answers the phone and you can't leave a voice mail. Once I made contact, the experience was good.
