The truck was fine but they gave us an appliance dolly which we did NOT order or want and they didn't have the furniture dolly we did order and need. He also didn't have any furniture padding which we also ordered. We called U-Haul several days ahead to make sure everything would be in order and were told it would be. It WAS NOT and then the guy gave us zero options other than to drive to the main office to get what we needed. They ALSO didn't have a furniture dolly so that meant we had to go buy one. They only offered us $10off which also isn't even what we paid for the dolly -- so we are requesting a full refund + a discount for the hassle we experienced having to run around to deal with equipment we paid for and were told would be available.

NORMAN KI picked up the trailer and looked over the outside to be sure it wasn’t damaged. I made the mistake of not looking inside until I got it home. When I opened the door, I found a large pile/puddle of vomit in the middle of the trailer! Not having the time to see if I could take it back to exchange it, I had to clean the stinky mess up before loading my stuff for the trip. Make sure you check the inside of any trailer or truck as well as the outside before you drive off!
ANDREW CI dropped my rental off on a Sunday around 4:50 p.m. And it was not checked in until Tuesday
